Found this pup before the freeze and went to see if he’s chipped and he’s not. I have been trying to locate any previous home and no luck. He is too big and energetic for my small apt and shih tzu. He’s a great dog but needs a better home. 311 said to just release him but I don’t feel that’s ethical does listen and is very affectionate.
he’s completely free I’m just running out of time to keep him here with me with out violating my lease.
