We have spine, hip, & elbow, X-rays performed as well as Patella exams on the dams to our litters and only bred to OFA studs, so both parents are checked and cleared for things a simple mouth swab won’t cover.
Also our dams are not only tested but will be CHIC certified meaning our Records are made public with a simple search on the OFA WEBSITE by simply entering a dogs registered AKC NAME/NUMBER (just search our album names) that corresponded with their microchip at time of testing.
We also have cardiac tests, as well as Opthalmic(performed by a canine eye specialist) tests done on top of the typical 4 panel genetic disease panel to be sure your newest family member has a HEALTHY, HAPPY, LONG LIFE and you don’t have to worry about coming out of pocket for inheritable defects that could have been avoided.
